This is a hand knife used for cutting herbs. It is hand forged by Dan Klug at White Hart Forge. These knives are replicas of the hand knives used during the colonial era of North America. Each one is great for chopping in a bowl, on a cutting board or even slicing meat. Each blade is hand forged from high carbon steel with an antler handle riveted on the tang.
